Crabby, I asked a buddy of mine Dr. Matthew Mauer (Albany N.Y) what to do for a strained MCL. He wrote a prescription for lots of beer, whiskey, and roast beef combos. A trip to the strip club also might help. Good Luck.
when do I begin treatments? It's a grade II sprain so I think that means that any strippers I come in contact with have to be all natural. Apparently silicon and saline can interfere with the healing process.
