Pat has my vote for series MVP. Siz was awesome between the pipes, but Daddy Pat really stepped up and led the way.
Kudos to the world team (those that bothered to show up).

anybody need an airhockey table? i got one about 3 feet by 6 ft. pretty heavy. its yours if u want it. bought it via ebay but its too big for the basement. figured i would throw it out to see if anyone wants it b4 i craiglist it.

Team Ireland good win last night you played with more jump than we did. Daddy Pat looked 14lbs lighter well almost a Golden Jet!
We have one last skate next week with a option for the 17th 8-10.(15.00 per player) You can take your series win or we can go a 5 game series with you up 2-1. Captian Rusty your the leader post your answer on the blog.
Team Ireland did trade 2 original players last night and kept a sub.

First off we did NOT trade anyone. Your team was short players so we loaned you 2 players. I expect to see them back with the "A" team next week if we choose to continue the series.
Now about the question of continuing the series the next 2 weeks. I think a team poll is in order. Post and sign your vote.
Commish, did you check on the 28th for the fishing trip. I think Crab's may be interested. If anyone else is interested let me know ASAP. The trip is for striper and drum. Cost is around $115 that includs rod, bait and tip. All you need is food and drink. The boat "Noreaster II" is out of Cape May. The trip is 6am to 2pm.

Like my esteemed colleague stated: it's always the best 2 out of 3 - The spuds are the champs. Brit, if you want to play on the winning side next year, you're going to need to get that name change in process now!

I vote for the series to stay best of 3
Series should stay best or 3. Everyone knew the length of the series when we started. If Team World can't get dedication from it's "legally" rostered players to show up, that is not our problem. We have already given you the benefit of multiple goalies and extra players on the roster, next you will be asking to skate 5 players. Suck it up, you lost....again. Put the L in the books. No big deal, you are used to it.

You guys "can't understand normal thinking". Your capt. was at our bench begging for players. If you thought you were OK you should have let your capt. know! But wait, maybe your capt. doesnt have confidence in his team. You lost, live with it. One suggestion, a change in leadership may help but, maybe NOT!!

The tournament is in the past. Lets move on. Are we skating on the 17th or not? I would be in.

Well, the poll is telling me that we will not continue the tourney. The Irish have spoken and it's over, it's all over.
Commish with the only skate for the family on the 17th we wont get to bbq after the game. So I would like to offer up our place for a TNHL party. I'm thinking a Saturday afternoon. Lets try for the begining of May. We can work out the details later.
